THERE’S a club in Europe that’s seemingly becoming the place to be for former Rangers stars.
Having already had three ex-Ibrox heroes on their books, they’ve now added a FOURTH to their ranks.
Rangers and Aris Limassol did battle in the Europa League during the 2023/24 season.
The Light Blues would top their group that also included Sparta Prague and Real Betis – despite failing to beat the Cypriot side.
The Gers fell to a surprising 2-1 defeat away from home in the first game following Michael Beale’s sacking before being held to a 1-1 draw at Ibrox under his successor Philippe Clement.
Aris’ social media account took pleasure in regularly trolling Rangers during the group campaign.

Two years on, however, it seems like the clubs might be on rather better terms.
That’s because there are now FOUR ex-Rangers stars in their squad.
Connor Goldson, who played against Aris in 2023, was the first to make the move last summer.
The 32-year old centre-back is now the club’s captain.
This summer, he was joined by his former centre-back partner Leon Balogun.
The Nigeria international followed his old teammate to Cyprus after his release by the Gers.
Just a matter of weeks later, Goldson and Balogun were joined by another pal from Ibrox.
This time, it was winger Ross McCausland who made the move to Aris on a season-long loan deal.
Now a further month on, ANOTHER former Rangers star has rocked up in Limassol.
Goalkeeper Wes Foderingham has joined Aris from English Premier League club West Ham.
The 34-year old penned a two-year contract with the Hammers last summer but has now moved to Cyprus just a year on.
Aris say it’s a free transfer and he’s now signed a fresh two-year deal with them.
Foderingham joined Rangers in 2015 from Swindon Town.
He arrived as first choice keeper under Mark Warburton as the Englishman revolutionalised his squad ahead of his first season in charge.
Foderingham was No1 for three years, helping the Gers to promotion in his first season and enjoying two campaigns as first choice in the Premiership.
He lost his place as first choice when Allan McGregor returned to the club in 2018 following Steven Gerrard’s appointment as manager.
Despite being demoted to No2, Foderingham remained at Ibrox for a further two years before joining Sheffield United in 2020.
After a season as back-up, he went on to enjoy three years as No1 with the Blades.
That included 30 appearances in the Premier League during the 2023/24 campaign before his move to West Ham.
Rangers fans couldn’t help but notice the seemingly ever-increasing number of Gers stars heading to Aris!
One fan joked: “Rangers retirement club!”
A second commented: “Rangers Old Boys FC”
A third posted: “Aris assembling a solid Rangers Masters team.”
A fourth fan added: “Which one of you is their Sporting Director and why are you assembling ex Rangers players?”

A fifth – harking back to the clubs’ social media feud – said: “I thought you guys didn’t like Rangers?”
While another reckons: “There is no transfer in world football as guaranteed as Tavernier to Aris Limassol next summer.”
