HAMZA IGAMANE continued his hot streak for club and country with a stunning goal in Morocco’s 2-0 victory over Zambia.
The former Rangers star reacted quickest to a bouncing ball and fired a 30-yard half volley beyond goalkeeper Toaster Nsabata in a World Cup qualifier.
It added to a strike in Morocco’s 5-0 win over Niger on Friday as he continued his fine form in front of goal.
Before that he netted a double on his debut for Lille in a 7-1 thrashing over Lorient following a £10.4million move from Rangers.
Igamane scored 16 goals in 49 appearances for the Light Blues and was a fans’ favourite.
He produced memorable displays in Europe and against rivals Celtic, where he netted the winner in a 3-2 victory at Celtic Park last season.

However, his actions leading up to his departure at Ibrox tarnished his reputation for many Gers supporters after he refused to come as a substitute against St Mirren in Paisley.
He was then absent from training in the build up to their massive Champions League second-leg qualifier against Club Brugge.
But later that week the club revealed that Lille had triggered his release clause and he had played his last match for the club.
The French club had been linked with Igamane all summer and had reportedly agreed terms with the player.
Before joining playing during the international break, Igamane spoke to reporters in his homeland about his exit.
He said: “First of all, thank God, I managed to make a good transfer.
“I am very happy that my transfer has come to fruition under the best possible conditions.
“I joined a French club that helps young talents to develop, so that they can be in the best environment.
“I have joined Ligue 1, a championship renowned for helping young players progress and give the best of themselves.
“I thank the Moroccan supporters and my teammates in the national team. They have supported me a lot in this important stage of my career.”
Now Lille fans are revelling in watching their new addition’s’ exploits.
One fan said: “I think an alien signed for Ligue 1 this summer. He plays for LOSC, he’s Moroccan and his name is Hamza Igamane.

Another added: “Hamza Igamane for 11 million euros, we’re heading straight for the robbery of the century for LOSC and Olivier Létang”.
A third commented: “When you see the price LOSC paid for a number 9 of this talent, it’s just ridiculous.”
