THE latest Scottish FA KMI panel findings have been released, with a huge VAR decision deemed WRONG.
The panel has also run the role over the big decisions at Tynecastle where Hearts faced Rangers on Sunday including a verdict on Bojan Miovski‘s disallowed goal.
Derek McInnes‘ league-leading Jambos earned a 2-1 win over the Gers to ensure they ended the weekend with their six-point lead at the top of the Premiership table intact.
With the score goalless at Tynecastle, Rangers thought they’d taken an early lead.
Manny Fernandez met a James Tavernier corner with a header which was touched in from close range by Bojan Miovski.
The goal was initially given on-field but VAR intervened to investigate a potential offside against Miovski.

The lines were drawn and Miovski was ruled offside with the goal disallowed.
Offsides are, of course, factual decisions.
Nonetheless, many Gers fans took to social media to criticise how the lines were actually DRAWN and were adamant Miovski should’ve been deemed onside instead.
It was certainly tight with Miovski’s shoulder deemed to be just ahead of the outstretched boot of Hearts defender Stuart Findlay.
Ex-Hibs striker Tam McManus even reckons that Rangers were “hard done by” in relation to the goal being chalked off.
The decision was one of seven looked at by the KMI (key match incident) review panel from the weekend’s round of fixtures.
And the panel has unanimously supported the decision to rule out Miovski’s goal with all three panellists backing the call.
The notes read: “The panel unanimously agreed that the on-field decision was incorrect.
“The panel highlighted VAR was correct to intervene and the goal was correctly disallowed for offside.”
However, the panel unanimously agreed that the officials reached the WRONG decision during St Mirren‘s 1-0 win over Livingston on Saturday.
The score was 0-0 at the time when cup final hero Jonah Ayunga thought he’d scored the opening goal for the Buddies.
The striker fired home from close range and the goal was given onside.
Livi defender Daniel Finlayson went down holding his face in the build-up after a challenge for the ball with St Mirren‘s Dan Nlundulu, who went on to set up the goal.
VAR Andrew Dallas instructed referee Chris Graham to head to the monitor and the goal was disallowed.
St Mirren went on to win the game thanks to a later goal from Mikael Mandron.
But the controversial decision to chalk-off Ayunga’s effort caused plenty of debate.
There was no debate, however, in terms of the KMI panel who ALL agreed the decision was wrong.
They feel that on-field referee Graham’s initial decision to give the goal was the correct decision with the VAR intervention and overturn ultimately leading to the incorrect call.
The panel’s comments said: “The panel unanimously agreed the on-field decision of goal to be correct.
“The panel members felt the VAR intervention should not have taken place and the goal should not have been disallowed after on-field referee for a foul in the attacking phase of play.”
