RANGERS have blasted Aberdeen fans who appeared mocked the Ibrox disaster after their teams clashed at Pittodrie.
The Light Blues defeated the Dons 2-0 at the SPFL clash in the north east yesterday.

After the match some Aberdeen supporters appeared to mock the 1971 tragedy where 66 fans lost their lives in a stairway crush.
One Dons fan was filmed making a diving gesture with his hands – often used as a sick way to mock the mass tragedy – as he passed Rangers supporters while walking up the stairs to leave the stands.
Another, wearing a red mask, held out his phone with the number 71 on the screen, the year of the disaster.
The supporters were passing by cops and stewards separating each set of fans in the stands when they appear to perform the gestures.

Ibrox chiefs have now blasted the “abhorrent” gestures and called for action.
A Rangers spokesperson said: “We are appalled that once again opposition supporters have mocked the Ibrox Disaster, the darkest day in our history.
“Such behaviour is abhorrent and has previously resulted in a criminal conviction, underlining the seriousness of this issue.
“It was only a few weeks ago, that the club came together with families and survivors to remember those who lost their lives that day.
“The club expects the relevant authorities to investigate the matter fully and for those responsible to be dealt with appropriately.”
Police Scotland said they had received no reports about the sick gestures.
A spokesperson said: “Police have not received any reports in relation to this.”
Rangers previously held a service of remembrance on January 2 to mark the 55th anniversary of the Ibrox disaster.
Floral tributes were left outside the stadium and a minute’s silence was held.
In October Celtic fan Darren Malloch, 34, was banned from football games for 14 months and fined £520 for mocking the tragedy during an Old Firm clash on May 4 2025.
He lost his job after footage of his vile act went viral and he later pled guilty to conducting himself in a disorderly manner.
It comes as we told how cops have launched a probe after Rangers player Nicolas Raskin soaked an Aberdeen fan with water.
It happened as the players were leaving the field after the game had finished.
TV pictures captured the moment the Belgian midfielder emerged from within the tunnel before appearing to squirt water onto the supporter.
The fan then reacted by throwing an empty cup towards the area where Raskin had been standing.
The circumstances surrounding exactly what led to the confrontation between Raskin and the fan are unknown but video footage emerged elsewhere appearing to show that the midfielder was sprayed with water from the stands first.
Police Scotland have confirmed to SunSport that they have received a report in relation to the incident involving Raskin and a supporter.
Aberdeen FC have been approached for comment.
