FORMER Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has released a harrowing statement after the disappearance of his dog.
The 10-year-old beagle, named Halo, went missing at the start of October in Mexico – where Ramsey has most recently been playing.

In a desperate plea for information, Ramsey had doubled a reward on offer up to £15,000, but the family are now starting to accept that time may have run out.
In a fresh message, a heartbroken Ramsey said: “We don’t think we will ever know what happened.
“We won’t ‘move on’ from this as you would typically. This will continue to haunt us.”
Ramsey, 34, explained that Halo was lost “in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, in the vicinity of Hipsterrier which is a dog shelter.”

This all comes at a tough time for Ramsey who has seen his contract with Liga MX outfit UNAM Pumas cut short despite only moving in the summer.
Ramsey left Cardiff City in July, making the switch to South America but only played six times.
