REDCAR’S BSN Series semi-final clash against Glasgow was abandoned on Sunday night.
The home guest Jake Allen crashed in Heat 14 and his bike was catapulted over the safety fence and into the fans on the fourth bend at the ECCO Arena.

It was claimed that three fans had been struck by the out-of-control machine and needed medical attention.
Redcar led 43-41 after the incident which meant the tie was all level at 87-87 on aggregate.
The outcome of the result will be decided by the Speedway Control Bureau.
Glasgow boss Cami Brown said: “Right now our thoughts are only with the fans involved in the incident.

“It was a horrible moment and we just hope everyone is OK.
“The result doesn’t matter at this time.
“Obviously it’s a tricky situation with the semi-final equal on aggregate.
“We will await further instructions from the SCB.”
Glasgow had earlier also lost Freddy Hodder with a leg injury following a Heat 2 crash.
In August, Allen hit the headlines when he was involved in a huge on-track brawl with former British Speedway Champion Charles Wright.
Wright, 36, crashed into Allen after Heat 6 at the Teesside circuit.
Aussie Allen got up and confronted Wright before punching him.
The pair then got involved in a full-on scrap before falling onto the track where it took several officials to pull them apart.
