RANGERS could be without TWO key stars for a lengthy period in a major blow to Danny Rohl’s title ambitions.
The Gers have fought their way into the league title race with several players finding their best form of the season in recent weeks.
Rangers beat Aberdeen 2-0 at Ibrox on Tuesday night.
It was a result that saw Rohl’s men go above Celtic into second and close the gap on leaders Hearts to just three points.
But it looks like it’s a victory that has come at a cost for the Light Blues as they prepare to face the Dons AGAIN this weekend.
Reports emerged in the wake of Tuesday’s match that the Gers were dealing with THREE injury concerns in the aftermath.

Connor Barron, Mikey Moore and Dujon Sterling were all deemed as doubtful ahead of Sunday’s trip to Pittodrie.
Moore was forced-off at half time with a muscle issue, as confirmed by boss Rohl after the game.
But it’s news on the OTHER two players that could present Rohl with a devastating double blow.
That’s because it’s being reported that both Barron and Sterling are facing long spells on the sidelines.
The Daily Record are reporting that Barron, who was man of the match against his old club, has sustained a knee injury that could keep him out for at least TWO MONTHS – and potentially longer.
The 23-year old has been a standout for the Gers in recent weeks and his loss would be a massive blow for Rohl.
Sterling came on as a substitute against Aberdeen and it’s claimed he’s suffered a hamstring injury.
The defender isn’t that long back from an Achilles injury that kept him out of action for a gruelling eight-month spell.
But now he looks set to miss another extended period of action.
Losing the players would come as a massive blow to Rohl ahead of a crucial period in this season’s title race.
Rangers do, however, look set to land a bumper £7million double deal.
SunSport exclusively revealed earlier today that the Gers had seen offers accepted for key targets Tuur Rommens and Tochi Chukwuani.
Belgian left-back Rommens and Denmark under-21 midfielder Chukwuani will both help bolster key positions for Rohl.
