The weather in Benque Viejo del Carmen is reportedly favourable, and the pitch at Edmund Marshalleck Stadium is in excellent condition for kickoff at 6:00 pm.
As they gear up for a demanding Concacaf Central American Cup campaign, Verdes FC are welcoming Guatemalan club Xelajú, affectionately known as Los Super Chivos, for a high-caliber test of readiness. Tickets remain available at $20 in advance and $25 at the gate for what promises to be an exciting evening of football in the west.
With the regional tournament just weeks away, tonight’s clash provides the Green Machine a chance to fine-tune their tactics and gauge match-day sharpness. Xelajú, one of Guatemala’s most historic and competitive clubs, brings valuable international pedigree and intensity to the fixture.
