LUCAS PAQUETA has been charged with two breaches of FA Rules.
The West Ham star has been sanctioned by the FA for failing to comply with a requirement to answer questions and provide information to an investigation.

Paqueta, 28, has escaped a hefty fine for the charges after both breaches were found to be proven.
The Brazilian had denied the two charges previously.
It comes after he escaped a lifetime ban for spot-fixing charges following an independent regulatory commission found them not proven.
A statement read: “An independent Regulatory Commission has sanctioned West Ham United FC’s Lucas Paqueta for two proven breaches of FA Rule F3.

“The player denied two charges of failing to comply with a requirement to answer questions and provide information to The FA’s investigation into breaches of the Rules.
“However, both breaches of FA Rule F3 were found proven following a hearing.
“The Regulatory Commission has imposed a reprimand and a warning as to future conduct on Lucas Paqueta.”
The FA have confirmed that Paqueta has been hit with a reprimand and a warning over his future conduct.
However, he has not been fined.
The reasons behind the lower-end sanction include factors such as Paqueta’s reliance on legal advice.
He was also compliant by eventually providing a witness statement which set out his relationship with bettors.
The midfielder had also provided his mobile devices for the investigation.
Paqueta was also boosted by his clean record and the commission also accounted for the collapse of his potential move to Manchester City in 2023.
Paqueta has had a slow start to the season with West Ham as the club is currently embroiled in a relegation battle.

Graham Potter has been sacked and replaced with Nuno Espirito Santo but there has not been an uptake in form.
Since the former Nottingham Forest manager took post the club have lost three of four games and only picked up one point.
SunSport exclusively revealed Paqueta is keen to QUIT the club in the January transfer window.
The Hammers have been open to the prospect of allowing the midfielder to leave in the past but want up to £60MILLION.
He was subject to an offer from Aston Villa in the summer window but stayed put at the London Stadium.
West Ham will be hoping to boost their survival hopes on Sunday as they host Newcastle United.
