Antigua and Barbuda’s Geron Henry narrowly missed out on a place in the Under-17 boys’ 200 metres final at the 53rd CARIFTA Games on this morning, finishing third in the Section 2 preliminary heats with a time of 21.92 seconds in Grenada.
Henry’s time was not sufficient to claim one of the two non-automatic qualifying spots, which went to Jamaica’s Tyler Morgan, who clocked 21.56 seconds in Section 3, and Grenada’s Jovanie Green, who posted 21.87 seconds in the same heat.
